Corporate Compliance Program

Medicis is firmly committed to conducting all of our business operations with the utmost integrity. To that end, Medicis has established a Corporate Compliance Program that reflects our steadfast commitment to high ethical standards and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the manufacture, marketing, sale, promotion, research, development, and advertisement of our pharmaceutical and medical device products. The company maintains a Chief Compliance Officer, Ms. Seana Carson, who is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing the Corporate Compliance Program and coordinating the enterprise-wide effort to ensure that Medicis fully complies with the laws and regulations applicable to our business operations.
